  The first time we went there when we went to the check out to pay we got a huge shock. The cost was almost double than expected.... Apparently all 4 books we wanted to purchase were tagged with the wrong price. The person serving did not seem to care and we ended up leaving empty handed! The next visit when purchased a $70 cook book and while at the checkout we noticed it was damaged. The women serving us also did not seem to care. There were no more copies so we ended up purchasing damaged good at full price. The was no discount offered nore any apologies. CRAPOLA! will never go back there. If you want quality and people who actually care about your books i wouldnt bother with these guys.

  I shop here fairly regularly - when I can't find what I am looking for at BigW or similar (cheaper). Always find the staff to be very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Sometimes have to wait, but that is when they are serving other customers so can't be helped. Shop is very small and cramped - tight aisles hence not 5 stars
